Join me for a relaxing, rejuvenating hour of yoga where we practice stretching, softening and really listening to and honouring ourselves with every breath. Everyone is welcome!

Where?  The Assembly Hall at Grace-Westminster United Church - 505-10th Street East, Saskatoon. Go in through the east doors and proceed downstairs and straight ahead.

​

When?  Monday mornings 10:30 - 11:30. Doors open at 10:00 and are locked at 10:25 so please arrive early.  We will not practice February 16th, April 6th or May 18th.

Cost:  Free - donations gratefully accepted.
