Yoga Classes

Note:  Classes are on hiatus for the time being. 
Both our Tuesday & Wednesday evening yoga classes are suitable for anyone who enjoys a mixture of yin and yang.  Gentle stretching along with some soothing flow will send your spirit soaring! Along with nurturing your body, the goal is also to release thinking & judging and be open to shifts in perception.  Come relax and be ready to receive the amazing gifts of wellness that yoga offers!
