Yoga / Chair Yoga & Meditation Classes

YOGA at Grace-Westminster Church

- 505 - 10th Street East - Far East Entrance - Assembly Hall (down the stairs and straight ahead)

- Every Wednesday from 7:00 - 8:00 pm until December 31, 2025 - no class December 24th. Doors open at 6:15 pm and are locked at 6:57 pm, so please arrive early

- Every Monday from 10:30 - 11:30 am beginning January 5, 2026 until May 25, 2026. Doors open at 10:00 am and are locked at 10:27 am, so please arrive early.

- Park anywhere except for designated staff parking spaces

- A completed Registration/Waiver form is required prior to your first class. It's available for download under the "Gift" menu tab & hard copies/pens are available at the church.

- Classes are by donation.

*NOTE: No one will ever be turned away because of money.
